If you're a residential property landlord, you have an obligation to report your rental income to HMRC via Self Assessment. The Let Property Campaign enables landlords who have failed to do this to make voluntary disclosures to HMRC and, in return, benefit from reduced penalties. After notifying HMRC of your intent to disclose, you will have 90 days to prepare and submit your disclosure.
